Congratulations, Samsung! You Finally Made a Great Ad without Trashing Apple!

In the tech world, a lot can be learned about a company by watching the ads that company releases. For example, Apple almost always produces high quality, feature-based (not to be confused by specs) ads. It is clear we are talking about a company that is in a strong position and can afford to focus on its strengths as opposed to others’ weaknesses.
RIM, well, do I even have to go there? Just read this.
Samsung, that has recently become the almost undisputed king of the mobile world, has been known to release ads like this one that focuses on bashing Apple, instead of promoting Samsung. Well, according to my theory, Samsung should be taking the high road and trying to sell its products, instead of trying to trash Apple. Unfortunately, the mobile giant has not done that over the past few years.
The new Galaxy SIII ad below changes all that and focuses on the new flagship device that is expected to sell extremely well, if the preorders and Samsung’s predictions are any indication.
Whatever the case may be, ads like this are definitely the way to go for Samsung. There is something weak in a company that needs to continuously take cheap shots at its competition. Maybe the fact that Samsung made this change in direction implies just how confident the company is in its projections for the Galaxy SIII.
